Lo is a Singaporean Citizen residing in Hong Kong. He studied in Hong Kong and New York City (School of Visual Arts). As a professional
filmmaker he has been "Director of Photography" for features and TV documentaries. He has worked as a producer, film director, writer and
editor in Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore and Thailand. Lo was a member of the "Necpac" Jury for "Best Asian Film" at the International Film
Festival Locarno, Switzerland 2004. He was a film instructor at "King Mongkut's University of Technology", Thonburi, and SAE Bangkok (both
in Thailand). Lo founded the "Camp Film Society" (Cambodia). Selected works: "Homeless in Japan" (Singapore, work in progress);
"If God Will Send His Angels", feature film (Cambodia 2005); "Moto Thief", feature film (Cambodia 2003).
