As humans we have the ability to distinguish between what is right and wrong, what is good and what is bad.
We are not like animals, which are incapable of thinking of growth and development.
The Khmer Rouge regime forced people to work according to the principles of the so-called Angkar
and they created the phrase "history wheel", a wheel that always keeps moving forward. Those who
inserted their hands would have their hands cut off. Those who inserted their legs would have their
legs cut off. However in the end, even those who were not involved died. They died with extreme injustice.
