7PM: "IS IT REALLY TRUE?" remains as one of the big questions at the heart of Cambodian society. Even today, sons and daughters keep asking their parents in disbelief, when talking about the Khmer Rouge period. It is mostly the stories of the survivors that help us to learn the truth. This collection of English subtitled short films is about those stories, that have been compiled on a DVD that will have its Cambodian premiere tonight. It contains 15 short films by students of the Department of Media and Communication (DMC) at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). Young filmmakers will be present at the screening and hold Q&As. DVD will be on sale.
