BOMBHUNTERS (2006, 86 min) examines the social, cultural, and historical context of the legacy of war. 7PM: DOCU - In 1978, the visit by a press delegation from a “friendly” country was part of the limited attempt by the Khmer Rouge to garner international support, beyond China, for the coming hostilities. Serbian TV’s KAMPUCHEA 1978 (30 min) features the only existing TV interview with Pol Pot. 8PM: FEATURE FILM - The Czech-Cambodian film NINE CIRCLES OF HELL (1989, 105 min) is a poignant love story, set amid the hell of the Pol Pot regime.
