DOCU - Some tragedies come so replete with their own symbolism they need no embellishment. The 2014 collapse of Dhaka’s Rana Plaza on its own workers, was one of them. CLOTHES TO DIE FOR (2015, 58 min) tells the story of the Bangladeshi disaster bluntly & brilliantly. 8PM: FEATURE FILM – Oscar-Winner EMBRACE OF THE SERPENT (2015, 125 min) follows the story of the relationship between an Amazonian shaman and two scientists who work together over the course of 40 years to search the Amazon for a sacred healing plant.
