4PM: DOCU – THE TENTH DANCER (1993, 52 min) tells the remarkable story of a teacher and her pupil who are at the helm of rebuilding classical dance in Phnom Penh. 7PM: SIMA DOCU FEST (DAY (2) - Five years ago Kisilu, a Kenyan farmer, started to use his camera to capture the life of his family, his village and the damages of climate change. When a violent storm throws him and a Norwegian filmmaker together, we see him transform from a father, to a community leader and activist on the global stage, in THANKS FOR THE RAIN (2017, 90min). 8:45PM: DEAD DONKEYS FEAR NO HYENAS (2017, 90min) investigates land grabbing in Ethiopia and its impact on people’s lives.
